My child is all about music. We listen to music every single day while we are getting ready and instead of having the TV on, we turn music on. Alex listens to a wide variety and request particular songs. She is on a Gnomeo and Juliet kick at the moment. We have listened to Hello Hello, by Elton John, about 100 times in the last 2 days. It was on repeat for the longest time, then I finally convinced her we needed to add a few more songs to the cycle. Alex can listen to a song 3-4 times and remember the lyrics. We were at my parents a few weeks ago and she sang Jar of Hearts from beginning to end! We listen to a lot of Disney music (from the animated movies, not like Hanna Montana stuff!) In addition to Disney, Alex has a love for Adele, Christina Perri, One Republic, Britney Spears and the Black Eyed Peas. I could just sit and listen to her sweet little voice forever!
