School: Check!

I did it! Alex is registered for pre-school in the Fall! One of my friends at gymnastics works at the school so she let us know there were 4 spots open for the 3 year old class! I knew of at least 3 people with 3 year olds who were going to be trying to get a spot. I was already dreaming that I missed the registration date, so hearing this kinda stressed me out! She also said all of the paperwork had to be filled out before your spot was saved. Registration began at 9 this morning. Since we had a little "in," I was informed the office would be open and the director would be there early and she wouldn't stop people from coming in early to start registering. Josh was sweet enough to stay home with Alex so I could fill out the paperwork without having to wrangle Alex! I got there a few minutes before 8 and thought I'd wait till right at 8 to go in. Kelli came out waving her arms telling me to get in there! There was already someone registering and took one of the 4 spots. I filled out the main page and turned it in to save my spot. I came home and filled out the rest of the paperwork since I had 48 hours to get it in. We are now officially registered, all of the paperwork has been completed and turned in! Now I have a few months until the open house/meet the teacher prior to school starting and our home visit with Alex's teacher!

This is such a huge weight off my shoulders and now I feel like I can relax, enjoy our Spring and Summer activities!
