10 Months Old!!!

Alexandra is 10 months old today!!! Only 2 more months until she is 1!!! My, how time is flying!

She learned a lot in month 9. She is now crawling on all fours 75% of the time. She is pulling up to stand and as of this morning she is trying to move from piece of furniture to another while standing! She can also: wave bye bye, play peek a boo, pick up tiny objects, take objects out of a container and is now starting to put them back in. She loves for anyone to hold her. If someone comes over, she crawls to them, gets on her knees and puts her hands up for them to pick her up. When we are around new people she holds her hands out for them to hold her. While we were at the grocery store Friday, she sat in the cart and waved to people as we walked through the store. The girl can move FAST!!! She is all over the place and into everything! She loves being outside on a blanket but is very good about staying on the blanket. She will crawl to the edge and put her hand in the grass but will not move off the blanket. She adores Cooper. If he is in the back yard, she will crawl to the baby gate that blocks off the hallway and bedrooms and just look at Cooper while he is outside. She still has her moments where she screams if Coop gets too close to her but she is doing much better about it now. I moved the exersaucer to stage 3 so it is now an activity table and she will just stand there playing with everything for the longest time. We still haven't found any foods she will not eat. I'm getting a little lazy about introducing new foods. We used to do a new one every 3-4 days, but now it's more like once a week. We are slowly moving aways from purees and doing more finger foods. I'm still waiting a little longer on meats. The thought of pureed meat kinda grosses me out so as she continues to get better with finger foods, I'll slowly introduce meat. She is still holding steady with one tooth, although, I think the second one will be through the gums in the next week or so!
