Week 33 (and a half)

We went to Galveston for the day on Sunday. It was so relaxing to sit on the beach for a little while. Smart me decided to put sunscreen on the dark line on my stomach so it didn't get too much darker. Well, I guess my thin line of sunscreen I put on was a little thicker than I thought, because when I got home, I noticed I got a little burned, except for a 2 inch stripe down the center of my stomach! All I could do was laugh about it. Josh thought it was pretty funny too. The red finally turned into a tan, but you can still see the stripe!
When we got home we worked on the nursery, hanging the chandelier, some picture frames and the mirrors. It is looking so cute! I can't wait until it is finished.
We went to our last prenatal class this week. Let me tell you, when the nurse started talking about epidurals, I got a little scared. You have to sit still for 20 minutes while they put the needle in your back, if you move there is a chance of it going in too far and getting in your spinal fluid which gives you a massive headache. I mean, I know, in the long run an epidural will be less painful then say, natural childbirth but still. It's all a little scary.
I had a nice surprise in the mail today. I have been summoned for jury duty on July 15th. I will be 37 weeks at that point. I can barely make it an hour without having to pee or walk around, how am I going to make it through sitting in a courtroom and possibly getting selected? I am planning on asking my doctor Monday if she can write some type of excuse or something to get me out of it. Wish me luck!
